Lenno has many tourist attractions as well as many more that to can get to easily via the ferrys which leave regularly from Lenno ferry dock which is just a minutes walk from the apartment.

This lovely apartment offers sleeping for two people, ideal for a honey couple or just a much needed romantic break. The interiors have been tastefully finished in an Italian style. As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed into a stylish lounge and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa with TV & DVD player. The kitchen is adequuately equipped for your self catering holiday stay. There is an elegant double size bedroom which is perfect for a couple. The bathroom is furnished with a bidet, toilet, wash basin and shower.

The main attraction of this property is that you can stay in the heart of Lake Como where you can easily get around and enjoy all the attractions offered by this paradise location.

Villa del Balbinello (famous not only for the impressive lakeside Villa and gardens but also as a movie location for James Bond 'Casino Royale' more recently and also 'A Month on the Lake', starring Edward Fox, Uma Thurman & Vanessa Redgrave).

The 'Lido di Lenno' with it's golden sandy beach and lakeside restaurant & bar are both situated here in the village - both locations well worth a visit. A number of local Italian restaurants are just around the corner where you can enjoy a very delicious food. You can also experience sipping Italian brewed coffee or sampling one of the home made gelatos (ice cream). Supermarkets are just also 10 minutes walk from the property.

Service Charge

There is a service charge which is inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.

Making a Booking by Credit Card & Wire Transfer

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
